- Procurement: Approved vendor lists, material test certificates, inspection at source.
- Manufacturing: Dimensional checks, radiography, ultrasonic and hydrostatic testing, stage-wise quality control.
- Installation & Commissioning: On-site QA audits, alignment and calibration checks, final QC sign-off.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Root cause analysis of defects and preventive action plans.
- Internal and third-party audits across functions.
- Ongoing training programs for QA/QC engineers, welders, and inspectors.
- Feedback systems from clients, operators, and project teams.
5. Supplier Quality Management
- All suppliers and subcontractors must meet BTV’s quality benchmarks.
- Pre-qualification, material traceability, and inspection documents are mandatory.
- Subpar performance leads to rejection, rework, or vendor disqualification.
6. Client-Centric Quality Approach
- Collaborate closely with clients to align technical requirements and inspection protocols.
- Offer Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and full QA documentation.
- Deliver zero-defect installations that clients can rely on for decades.
7. Regulatory & Legal Compliance
Our quality systems are aligned with Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR), OISD norms, global EPC requirements, and local laws in international project zones.
8. Responsibilities
- Top Management: Define quality objectives and allocate resources.
- Quality Department: Maintain systems, track KPIs, conduct inspections and audits.
- Project Teams: Execute processes in line with approved QA plans and procedures.
